Built one at a time, every time.

ORSA builds motor yachts and explorers from 19 to 37 metres in the Antalya Free Zone. Seven yachts a year, one team from mould to handover.

The fleet

Four hulls, four ways of cruising. All built under one roof, to one standard.

From mould to sea

Fourteen months of an ORSA 78 in six stages. Scroll and the yacht moves from drawing to water.

  1. Lines and mould: The hull form is drawn digitally and milled into a full-scale mould on a five-axis CNC. (±2 mm tolerance)
  2. Infusion lamination: Glass fibre layers go in dry and resin is drawn through under vacuum. The hull comes out void-free and lighter than hand lay-up. (30% lighter)
  3. Engines and systems: Engines, shafts, generators and tanks go in while the hull is open. Every cable and pipe is numbered. (1,400 labelled connections)
  4. Interior: Bulkheads and soles are mounted on a floating system that cuts vibration. Furniture is made in our own joinery. (38 craftsmen)
  5. Paint and finish: The hull is primed and painted in polyurethane in twelve steps; the teak deck is laid by hand. (12 steps)
  6. Sea trials: Every yacht spends three days at sea before handover. Speed, fuel, noise and vibration are measured and the report is yours. (3 days)

What we pay attention to

Most of what makes a yacht good is invisible. We measure it and give it to you in writing.

  • 42 dB(A)

    Quiet cabins

Measured in the guest cabin at cruising speed. Flexible engine mounts and floating floors make it possible.

  • ±0.5°

    Less roll

A gyro stabiliser that also works at anchor, standard from the ORSA 78 up.

  • 1.95 m

    Stand-up engine room

Your captain reaches every filter and valve without bending. Maintenance that is easy gets done.

  • 30%

    Lighter hull

Infusion lamination means less fuel and more range.

  • 1 file

    Traceable materials

Each yacht has an identity file, from resin batch to cable number.

  • 5 years

    Structural warranty

Five years on hull and deck, two years on all systems.

Delivered to any port

Your yacht comes to you on her own keel with our captain or aboard a yacht transport ship. Customs, flag registration and paperwork are on us; we hand her over in your port.

Why build in a free zone

  • VAT-free for export

Sales to overseas buyers are made from the free zone; tax is paid in the delivery country under its rules.

  • No duty on imported equipment

Engines, generators and electronics enter duty-free. The saving shows in the price.

  • Straight from our own quay

A 300-tonne travel lift takes each yacht from the shed straight into the water.

Questions

Why are there no prices on the site?

Every yacht depends on its configuration. At the show or in a meeting we give a written quote based on your choices.

How long is the build?

9 months for the ORSA 62, 14 for the 78, 18 for the 92 and 30 for the 120. The exact date is set in the contract according to the build schedule.

Can I see the build in person?

Yes. You can visit the yard by appointment, and we send a monthly photo progress report throughout the build.

How do payments work?

Usually 30% at contract, 30% when the hull leaves the mould, 30% at sea trials and 10% at handover. The plan can be adapted.

Do overseas buyers pay Turkish VAT?

No. Export sales from the free zone carry no Turkish VAT. Tax is paid in the delivery country under its rules; we prepare the paperwork.
